We are celebrating the holiday of our patron Saint with jugglers, clowns, monsters and music, so come and join the mayhem and madness in Cork!
Cork World Book Fest is a unique celebration of books and reading over four days in April.
For 5 days in May the Choral Festival presents gala concerts, public performance and national and international competition as thousands of participants from across the world bring the city to life for a celebration of vocal music in all its many forms.
An exciting & spectacular Event, both on & off the water, the race covers a course from Crosshaven to Cork, finishing in spectacular style at Lapps Quay.

The 2008 Champion Sports Cork City Marathon and Team Relay will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd June 2008. You can enter as an individual or enter as part of a team of between 2 and 5 members.
The 2008 Cork Midsummer Festival will explode into the city from June 15 to July 5 with 21 days and nights of music and mayhem.
The Cork Folk Festival’s annual objective is straightforward – to present the best of local, national, and international folk and traditional music, song and dance on Leeside.
The Frank O’Connor International Short Story Festival is the longest established annual festival dedicated to the form in the English-speaking world.
